Chris has spent much of his life exploring creativity through different paths. He has written songs, poems, books, and research concepts; spoken publicly about faith and resilience; and worked across industries ranging from broadcasting and restaurants to craft beer, and he currently hosts a YouTube travel video series. Whether hiking in the mountains, driving backroads in his Jeep with the top down, or sitting beside the ocean, many of his songs include reflection and a simple sense of wonder.

His music is rooted in lived experience: freedom, heartache, rebuilding, wandering, joy, longing, and learning how to keep moving forward anyway. Through Winding Line Records, Chris hopes to share honest music and meaningful stories that others may enjoy.

Although he enjoys writing music, this is not his calling. A U.S. Air Force veteran living in East Tennessee, Chris is part of the team building Beloved Roots Ranch, a nonprofit retreat focused on helping veterans heal through nature, equine experiences, canine companionship, community, and rest.
